Default 1998 Honda Civic Dx SWAP??? HELP!

Im trying to figure out what engine would be the best swap a 98 honda civic dx. I have tried to figure out what engines fit easier and what engines need what and i have finally got lost in it all. Can someone tell me what engine whoud be good for adding a turbo. what engine would be good for non-turboing. My first try would be to find an engine in a junkyard. What car do i look for to have a interchangable engine that is preferably a b-series. Help me im lost in HONDAAZZZZ! lol

You have to do some research before you buy swap. Try using the seach tab highlighted in red. The answers are all there

It all depends on what you want to get out of your car. Do you plan to do drag at the track, a daily driver street car... All of the b sereis engines are clean swaps due to the fact that most of these civics (92 - 00) use the same chasis. fitment is not an issue. the most remodifactions are only done to the wireing harness, then depending on what engine you actually use, it gonna vary on which actual hose, bracket, mount, ect. you have to put on. It is also possibe to use and modify your stock d series eng and have it run in the 13's. It's also cheaper. It dosen't matter what engine you use, force induction products are made for anything. the most swaps are done with b16a2 from a del sol ect. or a b18c1 from the gsr. It's an arguable topic on which one is better but i say the gsr. But like i said, it depends on what ur looking for from your car. If your a beginner and really not looking for major gains and just plan on a daily driver and adding bolt ons, then stay with the stock engine. Plus you won't waste money on buying the wrong parts.
