98 H22 swap in 95 NON vtec question
i have a 95 prelude OBD1 and i have a 98 H22 swap that i want to put in there. i have ecu, dizzy and all that but i dont have the 98 H22 wire harness. i was wondering if i can use the OBD1 non vtec wire harness on the H22 and i can just wire up the vtec myself but what kind of problems am i going to run into. also can i repin the obd2 distributor for OBD1? any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
Use the wire harness in the car already. Wire vtec pressure and vtec sol. 2 simple wires and your done. Just get obd1 P13 (prelude vtec ecu) and obd1 H22 injectors its a simple swap goodluck
I would get an OBD 1 dizzy as well. It has the crank sensor built in and will be much easier. I have one if your in need. email me derekburress@yahoo.com

Werd. Use the OBDI wiring harness and all OBDI items like fuel rail, injectors, distributor. On the a4 block, there's a connector down by the oil pan that is the crank position sensor. If you use the OBDI distributor, you don't have to wire that one in. Just ziptie it out of the way, or remove altogether.
If you're lucky, one of the VTEC wires is already wired in, check the passenger side harness for a connector that isn't connected to anything. I belive it's a green/yellow wire, with a single input connector. It might be covered with an orange rubber cover.
