looks like the SNL twin loop. 
from me, used it on my hatch, and will be using it on the sol soon too. just search for "SNL" in the so cal forum...I think he still has a few in stiock. he only carries the 2.5" version. it could also be an OBX twin loop(both look nearly identical) but the obx version is only 2.25"
