$9K isn't too bad since the car is legal swap.
I know that's not easy to do.
If I had $9K I would look at it.

First off it says OBO, secondly if you have seen the quality of the swap you might just understand the op's asking price,
its a GSR not a B16....
rear disk swap, and its BAR LEGAL

if you have nothing good to say don't bother saying it

leagal? have fun.
if you're gonna talk **** about the car being too expensive..just ignore it or something, ur not gonna buy it so why does the price matter to u. 9k is a long shot but doesnt hurt to try.
i sold my stock 2001 civic 4 dr auto with 100k miles on it for 8k, so im pretty sure he will find someone

That was with a obd0 chassis with obd1 motor without using jumper harness. Also might i say that a EG is the easiest car to BAR. All you need to have connected is the o2 sensor, charcoal canister connected to throttle body, 2-way valve, and EVAP valve, and a working CAT. EASY TO BAR EGs expecially with a b-series in there, everything is plug and play lol. now lets see your BAR sticker
