I have a 97 ek coupe model EX SOHC V-TEC. I swaped out and got a LS motor ob2 also 97 engine. I went to the ref. n he told me i need an Acura catalyic converter and i should check my timing. can anybody give me some helpful tips to pass the ref. I want my engine bared asap.

 

well if he told you to get a acura cat.converter.... im guessing you should get one just to make him happy

 

you dont need an acura cat. probably would help though. oem cats work really good vs an aftermarket.
