ok so i was wondering about the spoon cam gears are they worth it? im going to build my head right now so that it will be compatible with turbo and na so that until i turbo my car with the gsr block in it, the head will give my car some more power. anyways i was wondering what cams and cam gears will make the the most increase and are compatible with turbo and n/a?

 

gsr cams are great and like some skunk cam gears or BDL, spoon is not worth the money to me ..you could also go with itr cams but gsr's do the job ..what are your goals?

 

gsr, itr, ctr all work great with boost

 

im not sure for right now... i dont have a gsr block yet and wont have enough money to fully build one for a while, so thats why i wanted to build my head for n/a and turbo so that for now there will be gains and then when i put on the turbo it will also benifit. but one im all set up turbo and what not im hoping just around 350 to 450 give or take a few

 

450 hp. you gonna need a big turbo, built block eith rods and pistons and some headwork

i might be picking up a set of gsr cams for like 20 bucks.... how do i know if they are good?? any thing i can look for??
