ok i have two sets of 91 cvic SI seats and like most the left side of the driver seat is all tore up, i was wandering if it is possibe to us one of the pasanger seats and make it a driver seat or can i just switch the backs of the seats so that i have two perfect seats, thanks

 

you can prolly swap passangers for drivers. you may have to make new mounting points for em. i swaps drivers for passanger 93 accord seats b/c 3 of 4 stock mounting locations were used w/ modification but still in stock places.

 

Yeah, if you take off the little metal rings that hold the covers on, the whole seat will come apart and you can mix & match till your heart's content.

 

so are you talking about the cover where the seats recline? just pop off the cover and i can remove the top part of the passenger seat and swap it with the driver top part of the seat... did that make any sense?

 

Yeah i think so or you can just get new material all over it in maybe a white

 

haha i was just talking about this subject the other day i cus i was sitting in my passager seat and i was like " thats not fare i dont get this much padding" so i was wonding about switching them my self!! cool im glade to hear it works

 

i was planning on doing the same **** on mine. but after looking at it over and over i finally noticed a difference....(on my 89 si civic) on the upper half, the material is cut higher to clear the seat belt. but i dont know. tell us how it works.
