Default GM Synchromesh FM or New Honda MTF?

How does the GM synchromesh Friction Modified compare to the newer Honda MTF?

with my experience with h22/Accord trans., it's a band aid fix if you have a messed up transmission to begin with. Stick with MTF.

well i just got the swap so i have no idea really how the tranny is.

I use:
Redlines "superlight shock proof oil.." very smoothe oil....made a big difference...but I am very delicate when it comes to how I feel about how my motor runs...etc...etc..
