Default I still don't have my Accord...

Now I'm getting a little mad. I simply cannot sell my TransAm. I've had one cal, and one e-mail in 12 weeks. Both of them were from complete idiots. And to make it worse, there's just the Accord I want wasting away in some po-dunk dealer's lot. Damn!

Do you guys have any tips to selling a car? Should I just dump it at the dealer for 5K on a trade in (it's what he said my car is worth on trade)?

What was wrong with it in the first place?

Nothing's wrong with it. It's a 94, six-speed, flowmaster, 107k, never wrecked, clean...just no one wants it. It bums me out that I've only had one phone call. I've got it priced at 6900, which is about right I figure.

If the blue book value is $6900, then $5000 is about right for a trade in.
What year/trim accord are you looking at?

The only possible buyer lives 1300 miles away.
I'd love to sell it, but I'm getting antsy and I really want to get things going with the Accord. I just can't keep hauling me, a friend, and our gear around in the T/A. The car that's for sale is 8995 'on sale' (bwahahaha) at a dealer. What to do, what to do...

Wait, have you explained this before? You have a '94 LS1 (what's that? 305 HP?) 6-speed Trans Am and you want to trade it for an Accord?

I don't blame you, I'd never own a pony car, but how'd you end up with the Pontiac in the first place?

Like right after I got here I did. No worries. It's a 94 LT-1, my gf has a 98 LS-1. And I'd like to get an Accord wagon to haul my gear, and go autocrossing on the side.
I wound up with this car because 4 years ago my friend, who bought the car through an auction, sold it to me for 9k. At the time, it was the cheapest car with that much speed I could buy. I'm a car guy, so I had to try it I've autocrossed with it twice, won my class once, and have set off countless car alarms with it. I love it, but I just can't use it any more. *sniff*
