Default ASM Rear Over Fenders

Anyone know the exact increase in mm width for each side? I checked some part sites out, but they do not say.

Im thinking they have to be a minium of 10mm each side (20mm over all), or maybe 20mm each side (40mm over all).

They look like the J's, I would figure atleast 20-25mm per side so 40-50 total...

keep in mind if you plan on running these and want to use that extra body width, you'll have to cut your factory fenders. I wouldn't go this route if I were you. Skip the over fenders.

25mm on each side so pretty much about an extra inch of more width or lip

But in order to run those over fenderd properly, you would indeed have to cut your orignal 1/4 panel to make use out of the extra mm's this over fender gives you. If not, it is just pointless. Are you plan on going show?

yes I know. Right now im looking into if it would pay to cut the oem fenders or hammer them out.

This is just a though though, im not sure if I want to hack up the car or not.

Just roll your fenders and have them pulled.

Spend the money instead and cut out the stock rear fenders and have them widened via cutting out a portion out, welding in material to widen the fender, then repaint. That's a clean job, not panels riveted on either with rivets showing or bondo'd over to hide them.

IMO, the s2000 weighing under 2900lbs doesn't need anything wider than a 255 tire in the back for strictly functional reasons. Now if you're looking for appearance, then do what you must but adding more tire/wheel adds more weight to a rotating assembly.
