i had bought some rear trailer arms from a JDM ITR but he only gave me the trailer arm without the hardware. so i need to see what i am missing to rebuild the rear. pics of the rear suspension without the tire on, if possible.

 

Check sig on the H2 build. IIRC some of the last pics around page 25ish should have what your looking for.

 

get yourself the manual and turn to page 18-33

 

wondering if you have a pic of the pic of a rear knuckle cuz he stripped it down to the trailer arm.

 

would you mind scanning it for me cuz its down to a bare trailer arm.


its the piece on the trailer arm which includes the spindle bolt and brake bracket

 

You are rebuilding an R and you don't have a manual ? I think its wise if you invest in one.

If you don't have the book then how are you putting everything back to tq specs?
can't scan it, not working.

 

i had a manual but the shop misplaced (threw out) it when they moved.

I don't have the manual in front of me otherwise I would of provided you with the information you need.

wondering if a JDM 4x113 spindle setup will work on a JDM 5x114.3 its the middle piece.

its the missing piece in the second picture. the first is used as a reference to exactly which part is missing. how the person who sold me the trailer arm got that piece off is even a wonder to me. (if you should ask)

 

or would it be a better idea to just buy another set of rear trailer arms and try to sell what i have excluding the hub and bearing.

well ive been wondering if the piece that i need is swapable with the jdm 4 lug piece? is that even an option.

I could be fairly wrong on this, but aren't the actual spindles identical on all DCs and probably EGs as well? That was my understanding as alot of people put 5-hubs directly onto 4 lug spindles. Hoping someone else has more info on this.
