i have a 97 civic coupe with a 98 b20 motor in it stock head with a p 75 ecu first off i cant get it to start i dont know wat to do my cel is on and stay solid always i tried doin a cel light trick but it stayed solid it turns over but wont start i think i am running obd2 motor and chassis with obd1 ecu is that bad and befor my motor wouldnt start it would red line at 3500 i have know idea wtf is wrong please help

 

I read a similar problem another member had not to long ago. The car will throw a cel if the ecu isnt a obd1 even at that you would need to connet the o2 sensor.
