Installing shaved handle kit, for 94 integra?

How do I install the shaved door handle kit on the 94 integra, what are some instructions or diagrams I my need?

.......Did these so called "shaved doorhandles" come with a bomex body kit and a motec system exhuast?

How the hell is there a kit for this.

1. Cut metal to fit door handle opening
2. Remove paint from around door handle opening
3. Weld pannel around door handle opening
4. Grind and bondo till flat
5. Repaint the door
