Default 2002 CRV transaxle problem

My 2002 CRV sometimes have a blinking Drive light. This resets itself after the car is turned off, but will happen a few times a week. I've had a service center check it out. The check code for the fault is P0845. Does anyone know what the exact description of this code is?

I was told that this indicated an internal mechanical problem and that the transaxle needs to be re-built. The car has 75000 miles on it and I've owned it since new. This seems like low mileage to be having transaxle problems.

Anybody have a similar problem?

P0845 = transmissian fluid pressure sensor/switch B circiut
This doesn't mean your transaxle needs to be rebuilt.
