Getting the @#$%&** oil pan off!

My pan is stuck on there pretty good , how can I get it off without damaging the gasket sealing surface?

how is it stuck? are you sure all oilpan bolts are off? Did you take the flywheel cover off? If yes, put cloth over a flathead and slowly and carefully try to pry it off. Get a new gasket from the dealer or pepboys. Or try to knock it loose by banging it with your fist. Hope you get it off with no problems.

I'm wondering if I pinch off the valve cover breather and the Crankcase PCV tube and pump pressurized air in the dipstick hole if it'll pop off.

it it's stuck up there, then your gasget was doing it's job... just bang on it ... hopefully the vibrations should help loosen it up, and carefully pry it off with a towel.
