b16 pulling code 22??

Default b16 pulling code 22??

my pw0 ecu is showing code 22 vtec oil pressure switch...my vtec works, but theres a oil leak from the vtec solenoid i think. anyone think its because of that or somthing els? just asking if anyone had a problem like this, any help would be good thanks!

Your ecu must be chiped to not look for that sensor. Stock ECU will not engadge v-tec if the oil pressure switch is reading. Have you checked and made sure your oil is full? ( I have seen people with 2quarts of oil and have the light on)? The screen in the solonoid may be cloged as well. When I bought my b16 and installed it I got that code and it was because the screen was cloged. Check your switch. Chances are the oil leak is from your cam seal.

its a stock "pw0" its not chipped...but ya im gona check the filter and the oil.
