wheel spacing/offset/concentric ring

wheel spacing/offset/concentric ring
ok so i've got 17" adr competition 7's. they have a +48mm offset. i'm thinking about putting some wheel spacers on. I'm going to go with 5mm spacers. Am i going to be able to run a hub concentric ring with these spacers? How pertinant is the hub concentric ring? Anyone know off hand the outside diameter of the hub's stock concentric ring on a cd7?
