Default EF fuel mileage?

I was wondering if other EF owners are getting about 425-500km's / tank of fuel.

I would've though that the D series motors would get more than just what I'm getting.

My Si's and my DX motors get about the same mileage....

Its too bad we can't get more mileage out of a tank of gas. I've done everything to my cars from full blown tune ups, filter changes, o2 sensor, and more to try to squeeze every once of mileage out of the fuel.

Thanks for the replies!

since ive had my ride (90 Si hatch) shes been consistently getting about 350-400km on a full tank and thats with burning a couple liters of oil a week! my dipstick reads nothing within 5 days.
lately tho that has dropped below 300km. just changed my plugs yesterday and it already feels 10x better! hopefully the mileage goes up, those bitches were clogged

I dunno, I kinda thought my milage was low!
I'm getting anywhere from 475-575km/tank depending on how I drive. Even though I do alot of city driving theres not too many stops and starts. My clutch is going bad, I need to put about 500ml/tank of oil into this thing. I dunno if the power is even close to stock or not b/c I have nothing to compare to. Why is my milage so high compared to you guys? 424000km on the car, and I think about 250,000km on the engine itself. 254400/150000 miles.

I get 350km to a 38 Litre tank in my DX EF with a b16a 5 speed. VTECed daily and mixed highway city driving, but mostly city. I would get about 410-440kms on a tank of pure highway driving.

Well my motor has 60, 000km's on it and it gets 425 city driving and about 500 km's highway driving. Its an auto and its a DPFI motor.

My type R motor gets about 375-400 km's in city and a little bit more on highway.

When I calculated it the fuel mileage is roughly 28-32 MPG. I wish it were better but then again compared to my oldsmobile that had a 100 liter tank to go 500km's I can't really complain.

gas mileage can be increased further when on the freeway by doing the glide and pulse technique, i think i got my crx to almost 60 once by doing that.

well if my fuel gauge wasnt messed up, Empty to full is 6 gallons when its suppose to be 10 gallons, so from 6 gallons depending how i drive i get about 260-340 miles from a full tank, not including the extra 4 gallons,

I got a stock 91 HF project car

Well, it depends on the weather. In summertime i can reach 500-510km on 35ltr on the highway. In the winter i get 420-450km.
