Default Scion CD Player/ headunit

I know this is kind of really out of the blue, but my factory radio/CD player gave out a few weeks ago, and I've got damn near zero funds to get a new one for now, so one of my friends was kind enough to borrow me his Scion TC headunit, but I'm unsure whether or not it would fit with my wiring harnass or not, or if I'll need some kind of converter. The radio is pioneer, my car is a '96 Sir-G, if I had any pictures of the backside, I'd post them. But no camera. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Um, if you have a newer Toyota, it'll plug in.

If you don't, you'll need a reverse Toyota harness to plug into the Scion radio, and a regular 70-1720 harness to plug into your vehicle's harness.

However, isn't a Scion radio a double DIN?? I don't think you have a double DIN opening in your car.
