Default LS engine swap "help"

first off i have a 89 civic hatch dx, and im looking at an engine swap to do, what would be better and easier to swap in, a b18a, or b18b engine, and wat exactly is the difference between them? also ive been leaning towards a b16a tranny, any advice on this also?

a B18A and a B18B or pretty much the same thing...only think that I can really think of is 10HP difference---B18A has 130 and B18B has 140. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Actually dropping the motors in, either one will be the same. As far as wiring, the B18A would be a little easier than the B18B. But with a OBD0 to OBD1 wiring harness conversion, a B18B will be just as easy.

b18a came in 90-93 integras while b18b came in 94-01 integras and they produced alot more 94-01 integras
