can anyone tell me what the idle speed is supposed to be on a 88' civic, i cant find it anywhere.

 

My 88 civic wagon (1.5 liter-D15B2 engine) idles at about 600rpm when it's all warmed up. Idle is around 1500 on a cold wisconsin morning before warming up. I don't know if those are good numbers, but I'm new too so that's all I have for you. Hope it helps.

 

i am pretty sure the specs are 750-800 rpm... its the first tick below the 1k mark... that indicates 750.
