i have 98 prelud. my tail light fuse blowed and tail light , dash light and stereo wasn't working. after i put new fuse for the tail light, the tail light and the dash light start working. but my cd player and the auto transmission lock stays there.my after market cd player turns on and after two seconds it shut off.i tried to plug it on onther car it works. on the fuse box the starter signal fuse 7.5 i tested it and there is no power on it , i also put new fuse and its still no power there.
very weird for me. somebody told me it might be on of the relay fuses but i dont know,so does anybody have any idea what's gong on, guys help me.

maybe battery's low the same thing happened to me when my battery was low and i tried putting the speakers high

 

is the fuse blown or it just has no power coming in?
