Ive done this time with stock B18c..
2.5inch exhaust
SRI
PowerFC (stock map)
What combo could get me into low 13s high 12s
current compresion is 10.6:1
Id like my compresion to remain same as motor is pretty fresh( 225psi on all 4)
Im thinking of starting with a TODA header and Skunk2Pro manifold..
what else would get me my target times

This is very similar to mine.
B18C1, short ram intake, 2.3" exhaust, 6-puck clutch, and 20x6x14 MT's put me at 13.40 @ 101 mph. Weighing 2275 with driver.
So to the OP, slicks, cams, nice header, B16 tranny, good tune would probably net you the high 12 you're looking for. But I'm sure it can be done without the B16 tranny and header.

We took a pair of beaters out a few summers ago:
91 Integra RS, gutted, stock motor, stock header, 65 shot, 24.5" slicks, 13.0 @ 102
92 Civic Hatch DX, somewhat gutted, LS Swap (all stock), ebay header, cheapo exedy clutch, 50 shot, 20" slicks, 13.2 @ 101
We never did get to run 75 shots on both cars, would have been 12 second cars for under $2500 each.
