Need a Replacement for my damaged ITR intake Cam...Please Help
I need to replace my intake cam on my 2001 ITR.
Should i just replace it with what i have stock or go with JDM CTR Intake Cam
They are around the same price and i am not looking to get full cam replacements
The Car is Turbo if that matters in the decision making
Thanks for any help

How did you damage your intake cam?
FWIW, all ITR cams are on national backorder right now, so you should try and find a used one.

My dumb *** friend torqued it down to much heard a snap and didnt tell me and then i went to start the car and crack all the way threw.... Completely split in have.
Then he tells me i think i tighthen it to much. I got into a big fight cause it relly could have screw me more then it did already.... 5 days without carn -- no other damgage thank god
Thats a lesson dont let your friends touch your car. I usally do all my own work and never had problems but i was working on someones car and my friend figured he help me button mine up
Actually a local dealer here said he can have on for me tomorrow so i just might go get it....He said something about an OHIO warehouse ---code 90 i think-- you might want to check that out
My friend at honda said i can go get it warrenty been then i would have to take everything off my car and tow it and by that time the 300 something for the cam seems fine

You should tell your mechanic wannabe friend not to touch your car anymore
Unless you want to start changing more stuff in your engine, maybe you should just get another ITR camshaft.
