Honda TSB Part Numbers
I'm comparing part numbers for some tsb's I need to attend to, but all the online honda stores still reference the old (defective) part numbers. Honda discontinues parts that were deemed failed, right? So when I receive the part, will it be the revised design even though they have the failed part # in the catalog?
can you give an example of which parts your ordering?
if a part is defectie honda just replaces it and either leaves the original part number or does something like changing A00 to A01

Here's an example:

The defective part number is still the one in the catalogs.
For the trunk clip though, they have the right one in the catalogs:

hmm, maybe you should call your local honda parts department and ask them. I wouldn't think they would be stupid enough to sell defective parts
