engine shaking

engine shaking

i have a 96 civic dx when the engine starts it seem like its running strong. no engine shake at all from the engine. But once it warms up it starts to shake and seems like it has alot less power.Any suggestions what could be the problem

yes my check engine light is on what could make it misfire i put in new spark plugs and one to two days later the engine light came on
