Do these things work? Do they do what they are suppossed to do? It says that they can gain you 10-30 real horsepower and also torque. It also says on some that it removes the speed limiter and sets the vtec engagement at a different RPM and the redline higher. Is this beneficial, or just a waste of money.

Honestly, I'll say search next time, we just went over it within the past week.

Those "chips" do absolutely nothing for the car but ruin gas mileage and make it run rich. It won't remove the speed limiter etc. If you have an EX it doesn't have a speed limiter to begin with and no one needs to be going 115+ on public roads.
