few things that would concern me if I were looking to buy it:
-mileage
-your only using a BSQ kit with an ITR rear swaybar?
-being able to insure an RHD drive car
-the LED thing the DMV told you was BS
not to doubt you, but I find it HIGHLY unlikely the DMV, much less BAR gave you a
on the conversion... every insurance company as well as CHP I've ever talked to has said that a normal car CONVERTED to RHD is to be considered a totaled vehicle.
overall it sounds like its in decent shape although pics would help, overall I'd say maybe 4K tops...like I said I don't want to offend you but it's a totally stock '93 DX and the only real work that's been done to it is a few interior changes, a brake & suspension upgrade and an RHD conversion and you said it yourself, it needs paint.
also, VIN doesn't affect motor at all, the only thing that really matters there is that it's the year of the car or newer.
