i got an h22a in my ek and everytime the motor revs above 3k, a rather noisy chatter begins. it mostly only chatters when revving up or down and not so much cruising unless im at speeds above 70mph. anyhow im just wondering if the valvetrain needs adjusting or if its something else?

 

most likely you need a valve adjustment. take it to a local shop if you don't know how to to it, but its not very costly to do.
