since when did a 91 crx si have the corner light screws on the outside i thought only 88-89 have that and 90-91 had only one on the inside the holds the corner light

Cluster bezel looks like a 90 though, is it possible he has 89 fenders ?

Lets see there are some parts on the car from a 88-89 while there are more that are 90-91. Looks to me like the front end has been changed. The front bumper is one from a 88-89, maybe cause its been wrecked.
But the interior,doors, and taillights, are from a 90-91. Thats all I can tell by those pictures.

 

With the swapping of honda parts these days, just check the VIN to know 4 sure.
