Is a pr3-1 a regular B16 head or could it be a CTR?

 

I posted something similar to this, I didn't get a strait answer so I searched. I found out that if you have double(two springs per valve) valve springs in both intake & exhaust its a type r head. hopefully this helps you.

So how much is this head worth? It is a Type R, and it has oversized valves in. I just got it back from the machine shop. Its in great condition
