Wheel locks? Help

For 4x114.3 thread pattern, what size wheel locks do I need? Are they 114.3 or are they something different?

something different because every cars wheels studs car different sizes but most hondas have the same size its like something something x something something bump for an answer

12X1.5 mm is the normal lug nut thread size/pitch.
Your 79 Accord might be different though.
