Backstory:

I'm no wiring guru, and it kinda makes me dizzy reading about all the choices out there that could potentially fix my problem so hopefully someone here can help me out.

Right now, I have an '89 HF up on blocks with an obd1 GSR in it. Now I have the ECU from the GSR and the ECU harness adapter so that's all taken care of.

Now then, my problem is that I don't know what to buy so that I can plug the engine harness off of the GSR into the plugs that are in the engine bay from the HF.

This would help me out so much if you could just point me in the direction of a plug and play adapter, as I hate wiring and don't want to muck anything up.

don't bother just use a distributor adaptor harness for OBD0-1 or swap the plugs from the HF's distributor over to the GSR's, use a subharness for VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, Knock sensor, IAB's, and 4 wire O2. And then swap the OBD1 injector plugs from the GSR harness over to the HF's.
