not exactly the back bumpers are the same..but the front are different if you notice the front bumper of a 2dr has foglight cutouts or watever you wanna call them and the 4dr dosent.

everything about the 4 door is different on the front end.
fenders, hood, bumper.
here is a pic of a 4 door hood on my car (its pink, its temporary, mine is geting paited)
see how much it hangs over the finder lines? and notice it doesnt sit right with the fenders (means the hood and fenders are a diff shape)
the bumper is the same way, its not gonna fit right without all the other pieces
