Moderators, I hope you don't mind this post, but since a lot of racers use our product I thought it was appropriate.

Hasport Performance needs a new logo and since no one at Hasport likes my new ideas, we are opening it up to the people at Honda-Tech to see what fresh ideas are out there. I was impressed by some of the logos submitted for the Eggum Racing Team logo contest so we have decided to do a similar contest.

The employees at Hasport will do the judging and we may choose more than one logo. The winner or winners will each be awarded a mount kit of his or her choice. The logo will be used on the Hasport project cars as well as apparel and other promotional items.

Please submit all logo ideas to sales@hasport.com and put "Logo Contest" in the subject line. You can post them here also, but you run the risk of someone hijacking your idea.

Deadline for the contest is the end of the February. This isn't a hard deadline, but we don't want to stretch it out too long. I'm looking forward to seeing your submissions.

Here are some general guidlines to the logo.
You cannnot use any variation of the Honda or Acura logos.
Any color scheme is OK, greyscale is too. Color can be changed and will not disqualify a design from winning, meaning if we choose your logo but we change the colors you still win.
The logo should project speed, strength or both. Bold and Fast is what we're looking for.

Remember, submit your designs to sales@hasport.com with "Logo Contest" in the subject line.

Hey Brian I'll leave this up for you, but hopefully we can have people email you the submissions and NOT post them up here. I'd rather not have the disagreements we had with the Eggum contest play out on the forum again.

Maybe, but I'm contemplating using it for a Time Attack theme, so let me think about it.

:edit: only reason I second the motion is because you stated end of February, but you said that isn't a hard deadline.

Maybe we'll work better under the pressure of a set date.
