B series ACT HD pressure plate and Throw-out bearing questions

B series ACT HD pressure plate and Throw-out bearing questions
From what I know ACT makes all their own stuff right? Now I'm not completely sure on this but are all ACT HD pressure plates the same just come with a different discs?
On the throw out bearing do I have to use some sort of special throw-out bearing or will I be ok using a brand new Honda one for my S1 trans?
I just recently bought a HD pressure plate for my B series so I'm curious if there any specifics on the pressure plate and TO bearing in general.
Any info is welcome
