Guys,

Ive had my car for awhile. I tried waxing the hood and i guess all the tiny scrapes and stuff filled in with white, and now it looks like GARBAGE. Im afraid to wax my whole car and have the whole thing turn out like this. Is there something I can do first (beside wash it) to really clean it up and get the paint looking nice so I can wax it afterwards?

maybe it need like a wet or just a cut and buff with like porter cable or something

 

dont use as much wax?

 

from my experience, the amount of wax you use doesn't matter once. i only did one coat and it wasnt that much anyway

Look on the Meguiar's Forums, thats should help alot. But try these steps tho.....
1. Wash
2. clay bar
3. Meguiar's Color X
4. Meguiar's #21 sealant
5. Two thin coats of wax
