As the title states,

looking to straight up trade my 99-00 rear bumper (black)

FOR

your 96-98 rear bumper (black).

Ill also just buy one, if you have it.

especially when you're trying to mount an oem 96-98 rear lip

_ they taper differently at the bottom.

GOOOD DEAL guys, the 99 bumper has a nice lip, but a 98 with the oem lip is just damn wicked
