Headers ???
I am woundering if I could use a header that states "will fit 99-00 si". Is there any difference between 92 through 00? I have a 95 civic with a B16 in it. Do I have to find one that is for 92-95?
Well since you have a B16, I would stick with the 99-00 Si one. Not too sure what other Header would fit your engine that will also directly bolt up to your current exhaust.

Just the downpipe and o2 sensor bung locations.

The header should fit into place then, from a newer model. If the only prob is moving the o2 sen, I think I can handle that. Just as long it fits. Are all b16 b18 exc heads about the same? If I find one for like a ls integra would that fit?

Yes, you can bolt any B-Series header onto any B-series head. Except for of course that strange B20 pre-92 Prelude.
