i have a 94 civic ex with a b16a2 and i put a new clutch in and now my tranny clicks, at a coast in all gears, but i drove it and every gear is there and goes fine but the faster you go the more and louder it clicks. i herd it might be the input shaft berring?i had the tranny off and turned the shaft and it does it so i know its not an axel, and the shaft slide in and out of the tranny, so what should i start to replace?

could be the throw out bearing.
does the noise change when you step on the clutch??

 

i thought about the throw out bering but i can here the clicking with the tranny off and on the floor spinning the shaft?
and you can also feel the clicking through the clucth peadal

 

you said u spun the input shaft and it made the noise?
