Default 93dx automatic getting ls ob2 manual swap-i need help bad

OK... This is not my first motor swap but its my first that I am am buying the parts on my own. Also, I am brand new here. I have a 93 civic dx coupe with a d15b7 automatic and I need a new motor. Should I get the 92-95 b16 complete changeover which is the si-rII and I think is obd 1 or I can order the ls complete changeover from hmotorsonline that is obd 2 that comes with:
Motor
- Hydraulic Tranny (Y80, S80)
- ECU (P75)
- Axles
- Shift Linkage
- Stock Motor Mounts *
- Alternator
- Starter
- Clutch
- Flywheel
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Fuel Rail
- Injectors
- Distributor
- Engine Harness
- Comes With All Sensors Needed

My questions are will I need different motor mounts and shift linkage or are the ones they supply compatible? Where would I buy these things if I need them?
What is everything I need to buy for the automatic to manual conversion?
My main concern is buying EVERYTHING I need right now for the conversion and motor swap. I do not want to have me and my buddies start the swap and have to wait a week because we needed a part halfway through. I had a CRX that I ordered a ZC for and waited 2 months for a halfshaft to come in...ugh. I had a shop order the parts and motor and it was really expensive so I want to do this on my own. Anyway, please if someone can make a list of EVERYTHING I need in addition to the "complete changeover" off hmotorsonline that would be great so I can start ordering parts and get this thing done. Thank you in advance. I have searched but am new to this whole forum thing so please just point me in the right direction if needed.

you will need the 5 speed pedal assembly from a 92-95 civic along with the clutch master and slave cylinders. clutch reservoir and clutch hardlines. you will also need a special tranny mount from(hasport) or get the manual 5 speed chassis bracket from honda(like $50) I think that's about it.

thanks a lot guys. i am going to order the motor through hmotorsonline later today when they are open. i am getting the 92-95 b16 complete changeover. I am working on getting all these other part on tuesday. Thanks again for your help and if I need the mount if (I cannot use 5 speed mounts) I might get some innovative mounts. I am not going for high horsepower. I just want a reliable car so I do not know if I need racing mounts.

I had the exact same hatch as you but instead of going with a hydro trans I went cable...since my swap was all from a 91 LS, I was almost broke, and I had all the tools to modify what I needed.

I got a auto/manual trans mount for cable trans in auto eg custom made at innovative...took 5 months and $176 for them to make it eesh.

then I just modified an EG hydro clutch pedal with stuff from the 91 LS clutch pedal and viola, been running around the past several months now.

In the future I will probably convert over to a hydro trans but for right now, it only cost me $176 for the mount and $50 for an obd1 dizzy so I'm not complaining.
