Default more erg stuff to blockoff

First does this thing come off with the egr system?
Second...if so do I need to make a blockoff plate?

That has nothing to do with the EGR.

Its the starter valve,

Helps the car cold start?

I was wondering why some preludes have it and some dont.

No need to buy that stuff off eBay. Send me $5 and it will be in the mail by this afternoon. That stuff is so easy to make by hand.

Hell if you want to wait a week I can get it clear or black anodized.

Exhaust gas back in your intake manifold? That air has got to be hot as hell! Not only that, the walls of your IM will get a black film...
