I just did it...hard as hell because the guy welded the rails. Anyways heres what you do 'and this is into a 89 CRX so i dont know anything else'... you swap seat pans and keep the arm from the del sol seat that is on the outer side "side with the latch to recline seat"...then that can bolt into the mid screw on the seatpan, then the seat sits nice. Next you have to drill one that holds the arm and seat pan towards the front, if not the back of the seat will pivot around that one bolt...i did three and is firm as hell "good stuff" then you have to shave the cover of the seats...(plasic part on outer edge) to move back and forth because it will hit the floor...maybe only like 1/2 inch not bad...ill try to get pics from my girlfriends camera and show you sit really nice and low...they are perfect...

seat pans are just that - metal pans you sit on, its under the cushioning.

OP: think this out good and hard, cause DelSlo seat look like ****, and out of place in our cars, and I wouldnt be suprised if 2 months from now your missin the CRX seats.

It's not safe b/c if you assemble the seats shittaly (is that a word?) then when you get in a wreck the most important thing in the car (you) might be flying around regardless of having on a seatbelt or not, cause a belt aint gonna matter if your not stationary during a crash

Hahaha first off i think they look great in my car and i have gotten many compliments on them... and acutally they are a huge upgrade when you have torn up seats... i have actually had these seats for about half a year mounted wrong...becuase the jackass who gave them to me welded the rails & i love these seats never looked back...
And i dont see what you mean by stationary when the brackets all hook up perfect and self tappering bolts make the seat more steardy than stock... so corked1260 dont worry about it just make sure to make it safe i have all the bolts minus one in and i have put in at least four additional self tapering bolts in for support...holds way better than my old seats and is as comfy as hell...safe self fabrication owns

P.S. GoCRXGO...i like the wire tuck write up

you keep the whole bottom from your CRX seat...on my CRX pan it had a same set up on the other side (seatbelt location right?).I'll try to get pictures of my seat tomorrow because i only sahved my passanger seat on the bottom for it to move...i need to do mine and install fogs so i might do it tomorrow. But yah just keep the arm going through the outer part and the actual seat and then just the pan and rails from the other seat...you'll see once you start. I went into this not knowing crap and just played with it and got lucky let me know if you got any more questions; I am happy to try to answer them

you may have to put the other side on the inner part (side with no recliner lever...the top part has a ring that wraps around the seat pans nub...you may have to put that into the inside and use a bolt locking washer and nut...
