I have been searching for a new car for the last few months, seeing how my Viggen has almost 100k and I am looking for something new. I was looking for a daily driver ie. si, mazdaspeed3, legacy gt, tsx, but completely overlooked the s2k because its rwd and a convertible and I live in NE. However, I now have a beater to drive in the winter, so I figure an s2k would be a perfect summer car. There are two in the area, that I am going to look at one an 05, and the other an 03.
The 05 has 10k on it and the dealer is asking 25,995
The 03 has 27k and the dealer is asking 23,940.

How much do you think I could talk the price of these two cars down to? Also, if anyone has financed a Honda recently what are some of your interest rates you have been getting on a used car? Thanks!

 

Try to get the 05 for $24-25k. The price for the 03 is too high, you'd have to talk him down to $20k.
