FS: My Integra DC2 JDM conversion Mugen/Apex'i/Volk Irvine CA

My integra is up for sale, Located in IRVINE, CA (Orange County). Testing waters so to speak, as I still have to take some parts off. I’ll update later w/ pics of the car more stock, but here are some old pics of it when it had more mods.
1997 Acura Integra
Clean Title
DC4 (LS chassis)
DC2 USDM B18c1 motor swap (legit w/ receipt).
~150K on the chassis
~100k on the motor
<U>Positives:</U>
Well maintained, changed oil ~3000 miles
Only 1 tiny imperfection (dent) on the exterior
Full Metal JDM front end conversion
<U>Negatives:</U>
Needs a paint job.
Has holes in the trunk for an oem spoiler.
Tint is coming off on the inside of the rear window.
<U>Current Mods:</U>
Exterior:
Cwest style vented CF hood w/ Mugen hood pins (bought for over $250)
Mugen replica aero kit (wings west urethane side skirts)
Authentic JDM ITR headlights bought brand NEW a few years back, so it has no fading/fogging whatsoever.
Authentic JDM reinforcement and bumper support
Authentic JDM metal fenders w/ Stanley side markers
Shaved Side moldings
Suspension/wheels:
Apex'i N1 Pro coilovers (bought new a couple years ago for $1400) w/ JDM ITR rear LCA’s
Front strut bar
Goodridge Stainless steel braided brake lines
Ingalls front camber kit
Engine:
JDM ITR LSD
GReddy Power Extreme 2 stainles steel catback exhaust system
Mugen Baffled Oil Pan (worth over $200)
ACT street light lightened flywheel
ACT organic clutch & Pressure Plate(less than 1k miles on the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel)
OEM GSR intake (will not include comptech Icebox).
Energy Suspension polyurethane engine mount inserts
Samco silicone Radiator hoses (black)
New Distributor King distributor
New Starter
OE replacement radiator (will not come w/ the Koyo)
Interior:
OEM tan front and rear seats (will not include the Sparcos)
Tan to Black interior conversion (Carpet is still tan, and stock seats are tan)
Evasive Motorsports Short Shifter/GReddy counterweight shift ****.
Momo Competition steering wheel/Momo Hub
Passenger side OEM JDM airbag tray
Pioneer MP3/CD head unit w/ remote
