Default Anyone ever heard of "EverReady" Insurance?

So I helped my friend brought a new 2003 Toyota Matrix XR and I am also helping her to find the best insurance rate.

I went to my local Allstate agency who insured both of my cars with very good rates. However, because my friend is single and owning her first car, the total came out to be $43xx for her a year. So this agent helped me to locate the cheapeast one availiable and found Everready, she told me that this is a very descent insurance company that's hard to get into and have quick responses when accidents are involved. True or false?

Any feedbacks? Negatives and postive advices are welcomed.
