CTR Cams

I just picked these up and I think i might have gotten ripped off, tell me what these are.

the notches in the cams indicate that those are CTR cams..

Looks to me like that's a 97-99 ITR intake cam and a b17 exhaust cam. Sorry dude.

the 2nd cam is def not a itr/ctr cam, looks like a gsr cam

the first one looks like an ITR cam which is good, and the second looks like a gsr cam. Which is which, if the GSR is the exhaust one, you should be fine.
