my friend gave me a stock tape deck off his sisters 92 Prelude SI...he cant find the 5-digit code you put to get it going...so i was wondering if there is like a way to bypass the code or like a universal code to override it???

No (hence "anti-theft" ). But, I believe if you get the serial number off the back of hte radio, you can call your dealer and they can look up the code for you.

get your friends VIN # of the car it came out of along w/ the radios serial number and call up some dealers.. some will give you the code for free over the phone...
