97 Prelude SH... Low RPM Stalling
Hey guys, I have a 97 Prelude SH.
This just happened the other day, I was driving at normal speeds on the hwy, exit on the offramp I needed. Came to a redlight, and the car just stalled. Went dead. I checked the oil it was down about 1.5 quarts. I always walk with extra oil. I put in a Quart of oil, and start the car again. It started with a very low idle, the oil light would flicker and the car would die.
I also detected a bit of a misfire at low RPM's 1500 or less. ANything above the car is running fine. Just at redlights or stop signs the car will just stall out.
Its got no check engine lights, no codes, no knocking.
I pulled the valve cover off today, everything in the head looks fine. Spark plugs Cylinder 1 and 4 were white brown, and 2 and 3 were BLACK.
My brother did a valve adjustment on the car, it has a little bit of a better idle. But that misfire is still there. higher rpm its fine, but its still stalling out.
Im a little stumped on the whole thing.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

NGK iridiums were just put in about 2000kms ago.
I also tried different spark plug wires with no change.
Cap and rotor are also fine.
No engine codes have occured as well.
Brand new O2 sensor installed roughly 4k ago.
