ITR Expo Attendees, where are you coming from?

Show a map like this, It might be motivating for those who are afraid of driving to the event

Don't forget to say how many miles one way


Since you know where you live, I thought I would make it easier if I posted the town, state and zip of this Year's ITR Expo.

 

South Central PA

only about 300 miles this year

sure beats driving 1350 one way

This will be my 4th straight ITR Expo.

There aren't many who can say this....and i don't think there is anyone left who has attended every single event!

I will be flying 4,350 miles to the event. I'm going a little bit out of my way, via Oakland, California. Do I win the "furthest distance" award?

I will be flying 630 miles home.

These distances don't include the drive between RDU Airport and the event.

Ken i am not so sure you do.... Geoff username Tartje is flying into Philly from the UK where i will be picking him up to join us for Expo 7

 

Yeah, that map is close enough to my route, with a few stops in SC/NC

I think I still win. Heathrow is 3530 air miles from Philly (using this air mile calculator). Even with the ground miles, Mapquest says PHL to Alton VA is 367 miles, for a total of 4197 miles, whereas I'll be traveling 4407 including 57 miles from RDU.

According to his map I'm coming from that little place called Forest. That is if I can find time for it.

 

there is a thing on itrca that tells what stat everyone is coming from.

 

Here's mine 2115miles



but I'm really only driving this far.... 329 miles

 

For me going 1 way.
Nebraska to VIR.
Total Distance: 1253.4 miles, Total Travel Time: 19 hours 14 mins

So...2500 miles total round trip. It will be worth every stinkin mile.

If I could find another R owner to make the drive from Oregon/Washington out to Expo7 I would love to make the trip.

IIRC, there was a washington state person at last years expo.

 

2314 miles roundtrip....maybe I'll get the longest towed R award.

I don't know if I could do that man. Thats going to be harsh. Might want to brig a buddy to help keep you awake and trade off the driving duties a few times
